Quick and easy to prepare
BISCUIT INGREDIENTS: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Shortening Powder (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate [A Milk Derivative], Mono-and Diglycerides, Sodium Silicoaluminate, Dipotassium Phosphate), Sugar, Buttermilk, and Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch and Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, and Sodium Bicarbonate.
RED BERRY JAM INGREDIENTS: Cane Sugar, Dried Strawberries, Dried Raspberries, Agar Agar.
To Make Jam:1.Heat 3/4 cup water on stove to low simmer. Add jam mix.2.Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.3.Pour into ramekin dish, bowl or jar.4.Place in refrigerator and cool 15 to 30 minutes or until desired thickness is reached. Jam will thicken as it cools.Refrigerate any unused jam. Use or freeze within 7 days.
To Make Biscuits:1. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease baking sheet.2. Combine biscuit mix and 3/4 cup cold water into mixing bowl. Stir until just moistened.3. Drop biscuit dough by equal measures onto baking sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. 4. Add jam and serve immediately.
