Without getting too technical and overloading everyone with TMI, I needed to drop an announcement concerning the new merchant gateway. When migrating over to the new website I had to "upgrade" the merchant gateway accounts that electronically transfer funds. It was an enigma for a while what was happening, but I think the issue has been resolved. Some of the funds were being routed to an old personal bank account and not into the business account where they were supposed to go. No one is quite sure how that happened, but at least all of the transactions have been located and confirmed secure. It was not a breach of data. Just a matter of mis-routed files. Not sure who hit the wrong button. Probably me when transferring info at set up. I had a lot going on. It will take a while to clean up the residual mess on this end, but the gateways and my bank are on it now. Your information is safe and the delay should be rectified soon. I had increased the security levels of the business and my personal identity measures following that stolen credit card fraud debacle a while back and something got crossed in the process. Apologies folks.
